Before joining Panera in 2013, he was executive vice president and leader of Cone Communications’ Sustainable Business Practices group. Jonathan’s expertise is in corporate social responsibility strategy and communications. Jonathan previously worked with clients such as General Mills, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé Waters North America, Reebok, Starbucks, Timberland and others. He is also an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching corporate communications. Jonathan is a double alumnus from Boston University, B.A. in political science in 1995 and M.S. in corporate public relations from the College of Communications in 1996.
