Luis Cueto Álvarez de Sotomayor Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and career civil servant of the Senior Civil State Administrators since 1987.
Since joining the Public Administration, he has held numerous senior positions of responsibility: General Deputy Director of Planning and Human Resources in the Ministry of Labour, Deputy General Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Justice, Chief of Staff of the Deputy Minister of Industry, tourism and Trade, of the of Industrial Organization School’s General director and General Deputy director for the Promotion of Business Innovation at the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
Currently General Coordinator of the Madrid City Council, In charge for the innovation and foreign promotion of the city, international cooperation and coordination of the administrative action of the Mayor.
