Sustainability Manager EMEA Grupo Bimbo

Argentina, Environmental Engineer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, with a master’s degree in Climate Change and Energy Efficiency from the Complutense University of Madrid. He currently works as Sustainability Manager for the EMEA region at Grupo Bimbo. He has been working at the Group for more than seven years, where he began leading the sustainability area for the Latin American region.

Previously, Jimena has worked on sustainability consulting projects in the South American region and abroad, coordinating development cooperation projects for the EU.
