Has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Seville, he has completed Executive programs at Wharton (Philadelphia), Insead (Fontainebleau), Product Development and Management Association in Santa Clara (California) and other executive programs at IESE Business School, Instituto Internacional San Telmo or the Instituto de Empresa (IE). Paradela has extensive national and international experience (Turkey, USA, Ireland) in his 25-year career. Since 2000, he has held in HEINEKEN Spain different managerial positions in marketing, commercial, operations and management. In his last stage in Spain he was a member of the Steering Committee as Director of Corporate Relations. Since assuming his current role in 2018, Jorge is responsible for boosting the commitment of the beer company with the European Union. He also directs the agenda and the defense of HEINEKEN’s interests before public institutions and key associations. In addition to his new responsibilities, Paradela maintains his relationship with the Spanish division as president of the Cruzcampo Foundation.
