Laëtitia Boucher


Graduated of a BTS in International Business, Laëtitia began her career in 1999 and joined the Moniteur Group in 2003, as Business Manager with Key Accounts and SMEs. She then joined the CFPJ (Center for Training and Development of Journalists) where she was in charge of sales development.

In 2010, attracted by the company’s environmental policy, Laëtitia Boucher joined Interface as Key Account Manager. Having developed a strong interest in environmental subjects, she became Sustainability Ambassador in 2016 and decided to deepen her knowledge to graduate from Cambridge University (CISL), specializing in “sustainable value chain”, in 2019. Promoted to the position of Regional Sustainability Manager for Southern Europe, Laëtitia is now responsible for engaging and federating stakeholders around Interface’s new mission : Climate take back. She is  passionate by nature, oceans, climate and carbon and circular economy. “I want to believe that it is not too late, and I hope that we will succeed in engaging as many players as possible, all sectors combined, by encouraging them to change their practices to achieve the carbon neutrality desired by the EU by 2050 and why not, aim for the negative carbon impact”
